When can I expect my laundry to be ready?
For Regular: 24-hour turnaround. For Express: 3-8 hours, available at extra charge.
Do you offer pickup & delivery?
Absolutely! We offer free pickup & delivery within a 3km radius of our facility. For locations 3-4km away, there's a small fee of 10k IDR. Beyond 5km? Just add 5k IDR/ additional km.
What if something goes missing or gets damaged?
Our our services have SOPs and compensation policies in place. We have CCTV recordings as proof all your item is counted, washed, and being taken care of. Always report your issues through whatsapp immediately.
Is my laundry washed separately from others?
Absolutely. We promise your laundry is never mixed with anyone else’s—each customer gets their own dedicated machine. Just like we’d want for our own clothes.
Do you handle villa or airbnb laundry?
Yes! We regularly work with over 20 local partners—from villas and guesthouses to homes and gyms.
